It was in the spring of 2007 when I felt the stirrings in my soul again…  it was a year that would close a long chapter of my life of alcoholism and debauchery…a transitional chapter… prefaced with preparation for and witnessing of the simple, innocent sacrament of my daughter’s first communion… brought to a crescendo in the darkness of  mid September morning when a voice asked me in so many words and in so many visions if I had had enough and told me there was another plan for me…

And now I am here…  years down the road…  clear…  sober…  spiritual… all by the grace of God alone…
